This production line is a semi-automatic production line with a output of 700 pieces/hour. The entire production line requires employees: 14~16 people/shift
The total power is about 280~350kw (the subsequent production line needs to be accurately determined according to the actual customer demand products)
Glass making process
Buy float glass from market→Cut to small size →Circle cut →Edge grind → Drill holes →Wash →Load to furnace heated then forged to shape and tempered →Glass part finish
Stainless Ring making Process
Buy stainless belt from market→Cut+Weld→ Pre-coring→Press→Enlarging (for G type)
→Polish→Ring Finished
Assembly Process
Put Tempered glass inside the ring→Coring seal→ Fix steam hole and handle→Delivery to client
